Our 24th Local Spotlight is with local photographer and all around good dude, Alden Kirkland. His passion for photography is evidenced in both his work and how he talks about the medium. As a fixture of the Jackson concert scene, Alden has made a name for himself photographing rappers, punk bands, and the like. You’re likely to run into him at one of the many venues around Fondren, Mid-Town or even the popular record/comic shop Offbeat.
